Teams & individuals are free to book accommodation as they wish. However hotel recommendations will follow
VISAS
Teams and individuals are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas for entry to Australia. Visa information can first be obtained from the Australian Department of Home Affairs homeaffairs.gov.au but further advice should be taken from Australian Embassies or Consulates in your nation. World Powerlifting will issue any necessary letters of endorsement or confirmation, but only if —
- your WP national body is paid up as to its 2024 affiliation fee
- all individual entry fees are paid
- you have submitted copies of passports for all team lifters, coaches and officials.

ENTRY FEES
AUD150 per lifter in Powerlifting
AUD100 per lifter in Bench Press or Deadlift
Anti Doping Levy AUD30 per lifter
Cancellation policy is full refund, less bank fees, for withdrawals up to 60 days prior to the Championships i.e. July 19, after that date no refund.
Anti-Doping
WADA compliant event drug-testing will take place; all lifters also subject to out-of-competition testing at any time
